Absolutely, we enjoy working around dogs! For safety, we kindly request that if your dog has a history of aggression, you keep them indoors during our cleanup. The safety of your dog and our team is a key priority. If your dog shows aggression toward our staff, we may ask you to secure them inside or, in some cases, we may need to remove your address from our service route.

At Top Dog Duty, keeping our clients and their pets safe is our top concern. To protect your dogs, we sanitize our tools and footwear with pet-safe disinfectant after every yard to prevent germ transmission. We also snap photos of secured gates after each cleanup to confirm your pets stay safely in the yard, and all our team members undergo thorough background checks.

Not required! As long as we have access to your yard (e.g., unlocked gate or gate code), our team can work their magic while you’re out. We’ll send a text or email to confirm when we’re done, so you can enjoy a clean yard without lifting a finger.

Absolutely! We’re committed to a spotless yard. If you’re not 100% happy with our cleanup, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll return to make it right at no extra cost. Your yard’s our priority!

No! We’re flexible! No long-term contracts here. You can cancel or adjust your plan (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.) with 24 hours notice. Just let us know via phone or email.
