As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard (if we are unable to clean due to access, you will be charged for that cleanup), immediate notification of any changes in the number of pets and prompt payment of balances due.
Inclement weather may make it hazardous or impossible to make a scheduled cleanup. In this event, we will be responsible for servicing your yard as soon as possible.
Presence Not Required: Clients are not required to be home during scheduled service visits. Our team can perform cleanups provided we have access to the designated service area (e.g., backyard or dog run) as agreed upon during the initial consultation.
Pet Presence: Dogs may remain in the yard during service, provided they are safe, non-aggressive, and do not pose a risk to our team members. Clients are responsible for ensuring their pets are friendly or securely managed to allow safe access for our staff.
If a dog exhibits aggressive behavior or poses a safety concern, we reserve the right to postpone the service until the area is safe or the pet is secured. In such cases, we will notify you promptly to reschedule.
Access Instructions: Please provide clear instructions for accessing the service area (e.g., gate codes or entry points) during the setup process. We will coordinate with you to ensure our team can enter the property safely and efficiently.
If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please let us know in advance to pause the service.
We assume no liabilities for damages to yards, gates, pets or other properties.
Billing occurs the first day of the month before services are provided. Payments for one time cleanups are due at the completion of the service.
Fees and Promotions are subject to change at any time. In this rare circumstance, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks prior to any changes.
Either party may terminate service (in writing) at any time. Unpaid balances are due within 15 days.
By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
